The problem
Your restaurant needs Instagram. Your kitchen needs you more.
Customers check your Instagram before they book or walk in. But between service, suppliers and the team, posting every day is the first thing that slips.
Busy service, silent Instagram
Lunch, dinner, deliveries. At the end of the day, nobody has the energy to write an Instagram post.
A quiet account looks closed
When your last Instagram post is three weeks old, new customers wonder if you are still open.
An agency costs more than it brings
A community manager for a restaurant costs €300 or more per month. Bloom costs €39.
How it works
How to post on Instagram every day without thinking about it.
1
Add photos of your dishes
Upload your best photos once: dishes, drinks, the dining room, the team. Bloom resizes them for Instagram.
2
Bloom writes the captions
Bloom looks at each photo and writes a short caption in your restaurant’s tone, with your hashtags. It never invents prices, dishes or offers.
3
Approve, or let it run
Check each post before it goes out, or switch on autopilot. Bloom posts on the days and at the time you choose, on Instagram and your Facebook Page.

Lemon, fresh mint and a few ice cubes: the perfect drink to go with a homemade mezze. Fresh and simple, just the way we like it.

Ready-made brand profile
Instagram captions for restaurants, in your own words.
Pick “Restaurant” in Bloom’s settings and start from this profile. Fill in your name, your neighborhood and your signature dishes: every caption will follow it.
Ready-made profile in Bloom
[Restaurant name], restaurant in [city / neighborhood]. Specialties: [your signature dishes].
What we highlight: homemade dishes, fresh ingredients, the atmosphere of the place and the team.
Tone: warm and mouth-watering, simple, as if talking to a regular. Formal “you” (vous).
Emojis: one or two at most, food-related.
Always end with 3 to 5 hashtags, including [#yourbrand] and [#yourcity].
Avoid: made-up promotions or prices, superlatives like “the best in town”.
Proof

FAQ
Questions from restaurant owners.
What kind of photos work best for a restaurant?
Clear photos of your dishes, drinks, dining room and team. Phone photos are fine: Bloom resizes them for Instagram.
Can the captions name a specific dish?
Bloom describes what it sees in the photo and follows your brand profile. It never invents a dish name, a price or an offer: you can edit any caption before it goes out.
How many photos do I need to start?
Enough for about two months of posts. For one post a day, aim for around 60 photos. Bloom shows you the right number for your pace.
Do I need a community manager to use Bloom?
No. Bloom handles daily posting on its own. If you already work with a community manager, Bloom frees them for Reels, videos and campaigns.
Does Bloom post Reels or stories?
Not yet. Bloom posts photo posts on Instagram and Facebook today.
