The problem

Your bouquets last a few days. Your Instagram can last all year.

Every bouquet is a small creation that deserves to be seen. But between the workshop, deliveries and the shop, posting every day is the first thing to go.

💐

Beautiful work, gone in a day

Most of your bouquets leave the shop before anyone outside has seen them.

💤

Busy seasons, silent Instagram

Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, weddings: when you are busiest, your account goes quiet.

💸

An agency is not in the budget

A community manager costs €300 or more per month. Bloom costs €39.

How it works

How to show your flowers on Instagram every day.

1

Add photos of your creations

Upload your best photos once: bouquets, arrangements, plants, the shop. Bloom resizes them for Instagram.

2

Bloom writes the captions

Bloom looks at each photo and writes a short caption in your shop’s tone, with your hashtags. It never invents prices or offers.

3

Approve, or let it run

Check each post before it goes out, or switch on autopilot. Bloom posts on the days and at the time you choose, on Instagram and your Facebook Page.

Ready-made profile in Bloom

[Shop name], florist in [city / neighborhood]. Specialties: [bouquets, arrangements, weddings, plants…].

What we highlight: seasonal flowers, the workshop’s creations, occasions (birthdays, holidays, events).

Tone: poetic but simple, warm. Formal “you” (vous).

Emojis: one or two at most, flower-related.

Always end with 3 to 5 hashtags, including [#yourbrand] and [#yourcity].

Avoid: made-up promotions or prices, flower names you are not sure about.

Ready-made brand profile

Instagram captions for florists, in your own words.

Pick “Florist” in Bloom’s settings and start from this profile. Fill in your name, your neighborhood and your specialties: every caption will follow it.

FAQ

Questions from florists.

Will Bloom name the right flowers?

Can I keep posting during busy seasons?

Yes. Prepare up to 7 Instagram posts in advance, or switch on autopilot, and Bloom keeps posting while you work.

What photos work best for a florist?
